Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed same-day. Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days depending on your location. Express delivery may be available in select areas.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on location and order size:

• • ₹50-150 for orders below ₹2,000
• • Special rates for wholesale/bulk orders

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to major cities and towns across India. Check our service areas at checkout to confirm delivery to your location.

4. Product Quality Assurance

All strawberries are packed with freshness guarantees. Products must be received in good condition. We use specialized cold-chain packaging for optimal freshness.

5. Tracking Order Status

You can track your order in real-time through your StrawberryConnect dashboard. You'll receive SMS and email notifications at each milestone.

6. Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and may offer compensation or refunds.

7. Signature & Delivery Confirmation

Delivery requires signature or authorization from a responsible adult. Without confirmation, orders remain the delivery partner's responsibility.

8. Delivery Partner

Orders are delivered through our trusted logistics partners. We are not responsible for actions or delays caused by delivery partners beyond our control.
