Common Questions
How do I place my first order?
Create a customer account, verify your phone, choose an available listing, and place the order. You and the farmer can follow status updates in your dashboards.
What payment methods do you accept?
Orders currently use cash on delivery. Farnet records the selected payment method but does not process payments or card details.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order edits are not available in the app. Contact the farmer or support as soon as possible; changes are not guaranteed.
What if the strawberries are not fresh?
The app does not yet process refunds or replacements. Contact support with the order reference and details of the issue.
