Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery if they don't meet quality standards or match the description. Refunds are available for damage during shipping or if products arrive spoiled.

2. Quality Issues

If products arrive damaged, spoiled, or don't match quality expectations, report within 12 hours with photos. We'll arrange immediate replacement or refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • • Contact support@strawberryconnect.com with order number and photos
  • • Describe the issue in detail
  • • Wait for refund/replacement confirmation
  • • For perishables, photos are required proof

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • • Products consumed partially or fully
  • • Damage due to mishandling by customer
  • • Change of mind after delivery
  • • Requests after 24-hour window

6. Replacement Option

Instead of refund, you may request replacement of the same product. Replacement is dispatched within 1 business day at no extra cost.

7. Partial Refunds

If only a portion of the order is damaged, only that portion will be refunded. The rest will be retained and delivery charged accordingly.

8. Disputes

In case of disputes, our support team will investigate and make a final decision within 10 business days. Both buyer and farmer will be heard.
